Blackberry/Raspberry Brie Taster

Blackberry/Raspberry Brie Fingers

Serves 6


1 Brie (1 lb), cut into 3/4"wide sticks 3"long
20 sheets Filo Dough, Cut into 10” wide
¼ lb Butter, soften
¼ cup Red Wine
¼ cup Raspberries
¼ cup Blackberries
¼ cup Blackberry Fresh Fruit Vinegar
¼ cup Raspberry Fresh Fruit Vinegar


1- Preheat the oven to 425oF
2- Brush the Filo dough with the softened butter, using 4 sheets at a time roll the Brie in the filo dough folding in the edges as you go.
3- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 10 min.
4- Meanwhile, heat red wine, blackberries and raspberries in a pot until they are tender, (about 10 minutes).
5- Remove from the heat, let cool, then mix in Blackberry and Raspberry Vinegars
6- Place brie sticks on an elongated plate along side a small dipping bowl containing the berry sauce
Serve WARM with crackers or crostini
