Serves 6

1 cup Mango Fresh Fruit Vinegar
2 shot Raki or Ouzo (anise liquor)
4 tsp Allspice 
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
1 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine

Mango Slices and Rosemary


1- Combined all the ingredients except the champagne in a cocktail shaker or metal bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
2- When you are ready to serve, devide the mango mixture between 6 champagne flutes and top off with champagne
3- Garnish with a slice of mango and rosemary
